Marketing
Our marketing team is made up of experienced marketing professionals, who work tirelessly to support the business’s overall objectives. As part of this team you’ll be communicating with our various audiences to promote Premier Education’s services and developing engaging materials to support our franchisees.

A department which plays a critical role in ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, effectively and to a high quality of standard.
Customer solutions
Any queries from our many customers? This diligent team will take care of them. Always making sure we provide exactly what we need to our schools and parent audiences, our customer solutions team members are at the other end of the phone.

Our finance team keeps the figures in check, allowing all of our departments and our franchisees insight into our business performance.
Franchise Support
This is a vital role, as without our network of franchisees, we wouldn’t be the UK-wide company we are! Here at HQ, we have an experienced franchise support team who train, support and monitor the progress of our network of franchisees to make sure their businesses are as successful as possible.

In all the departments mentioned above there are roles ranging from juniors and apprentices to senior leaders.
Our offices are usually open between 8am and 5.30pm although a full time team member will only work 35 hours per week, with an unpaid hour for lunch each day.

We provide remote work options for certain roles, depending on the nature of the job and business needs. Most team members balance their working days between head office and working from home.

Our process typically includes an initial application review, an initial phone/video call and an in-person interview at our head office. Some more senior roles will often require a second interview which could include the need to present to the interview panel.

We usually tend to dress quite casually within our working day, with many team members enjoying wearing their Premier tracksuit, although, when there are important meetings or visitors attending head office, we will certainly dress for the occasion.

We encourage open communication and regularly seek feedback from our team members through monthly 121 meetings with your manager, people surveys and through one of our 4 committee groups. We also have a great People team that provides a place where any of your concerns can be discussed confidentially.
Yes, there is typically a 6-month probation period – where each month through this period you will meet with your line manager to discuss your progress and look at what support you might need to ensure you fulfil your new role successfully.
