Coaching
Premier Education is home to a community of over one thousand coaches, or activity professionals, and all have their own reasons for loving their work with us.
For some, it’s the satisfaction of seeing the children develop, for others, it’s the ability to get active and outside for a living, or even our flexible and fair working hours.
Whatever the reason, coaching is one of the most rewarding careers out there and with our ever-growing network, Premier Education is the place to do it!
Established in 1999, Premier Education offers a large support network to all our activity professionals that sets us aside from other training companies.
We take pride in our established, recognised, and trusted brand, supporting 2500 schools with their sports, performing arts and physical activity provision.
It is so important to us that our activity professionals love coming into work every day! Their passion for sport and getting kids active should be obvious to everyone they meet. Children love going to their next class or holiday camp because of our coaches, because of the relationships that are built and because of the confidence our coaches instill in the children they teach! Having such a positive effect on the children in your community is something to be truly proud of and goes hand in hand with the Premier Education core values!
